What is the National Databank?

Like a foodbank but for mobile data, the National Databank provides free mobile SIM cards for people who can’t access the internet. 

The Night Light Winter Shelter  is a registered Digital Inclusion Hub and we are able to issue free SIM cards to eligible individuals. Our priority is to our guests during the months that the shelter is open. This is so that we can more effectively communicate with them and enablethem to access the shelter.

However, out of the winter season, we are still able to help individuals who have previously stayed with us or who are referred to us by one of our partner agencies.
